Sunday: Cardio Circuit(30 min AMT, 20 min intervals Treadmill)

Monday: Cycle or Bootcamp, Lower Body

Tuesday: Personal Training, 300 cal burn AMT

Wednesday: Cardio Strength Intervals

Thursday: Bosu Class

Friday: 300 cal burn AMT, Upper Body

Saturday: 300 cal burn AMT, Core

Meals:

Aug 14-20 meals 1

Sunday Amen: You will be too much for some people. Those aren’t your people.
