Pilates: recovery exercise with a double shot of PAIN

Today’s schedule is hot mess, so I won’t be making it into the gym today. Instead I planned ahead and did Pilates at home followed by some core work. For lunch I ate 6oz of leftover Rudy’s turkey and some leftover spinach and broccoli quiche that I keep in the freezer for just such days. Tonight we are having Cilantro Lime Chicken with Avocado Salsa and leftover beans from yesterday. Tonight I’m going to a party and I am bringing a batch of Watermelon, Jicama, and Cucumber Salad. Sadly I don’t have the carbs left for a food treat at the party, but you know I managed to squeeze in a glass of red wine! PRIORITIES!
