The Best Ab Exercise: 5 Sets of Stop Eating So Much Crap

Tonight we’re taking this recipe, but making a few healthy swaps. I’m using 2 cups grilled chicken and 1/2 cups reduced fat Monterrey Jack cheese. Entered as 3 servings the per serving nutritional information is 305 cal, 11.4 fat, 25.4 carbs, 35.2 protein.

I’m going to start using a kitchen scale. This is serious business. No smiles here. Going to see what the scale teaches me. I know I’m going to learn something!
