It was leg day! After burning 300 calories on the AMT I did the following workout. I’m also sharing before and after pictures and a stomach to feet shot. Changes all the time!
Dinner was 5oz of sirloin, 1.5 cups of grilled yellow squash, and 1tbs of A1 to dip in. I had a cup of Dannon Light and Fit Toasted Coconut Vanilla with 1/3 of a Peppermint Stick Luna Bar crushed on top for dessert.
